Circle Lenses: Geo Princess Mimi Apple Green Review

Another circle lens review, huh? Well, I have very many circle lenses that I haven't even opened yet, but I could not wait any longer to open this pair of lenses. They are the Geo Princess Mimi lenses in the color Apple Green, and they are absolutely beautiful!!

Geo Princess Mimi in Apple Green:

These lenses are some of the most popular lenses on the market today, and that is partly because a famous model designed them, as well as the other colors in the range. I did not buy these lenses because of that, but because of the way they looked. I have read so many reviews on these and the lenses looked stunningly green!

I have green eyes naturally and my inner rim is somewhat yellow, just like these lenses. However, these lenses really enlarge my eyes and make the green in my eyes stand out even more. I absolutely love them! I have been looking for the perfect pair of green lenses for a while now, and I think I have found them. I am still waiting for my Blytheye Green lenses and my Puffy 3 Tones Green lenses as well, but I think I will wait on opening them since I love the Mimi lenses so much!
The color of these is more of a forest green when you are indoors, but whenever the sunlight hits them or when you are using flash photography, the color turns an apple green color, just like the name suggests :)

These lenses actually look pretty natural on me, but I feel like I still need to wear makeup with them since they are so big.
So the enlargement is amazing! But I do not feel like they are that much bigger than my other lenses that are 14.5 mm, even though these are 15.0 mm. Other people have said that these lenses are HUGE, but I do not think so. It could be because my irises are naturally big anyways, but still.

The lenses are amazingly comfortable, and I dare to say that they are the most comfortable lenses I have ever tried. I don't know if that is due to the size and that the bigger lenses fit me better. I have heard other people complaining that these lenses are uncomfortable, but for me they are not.

I take all my photoes in natural lighting so that you can see how they would look in your everyday life.

I love these lenses, and you can get them from Pinkyparadise. The link will take you right to them.

Circle Lenses: Vassen Latte Series in Grey Review

A while ago I ordered many different circle lenses, and one of these pairs were the Vassen Latte Grey. I bought these from PinkyParadise when they had a promotion going on where if you bought and reviewed those lenses on your blog or your youtube page, you would get a coupon code for 50 % off your next order. This offer still applies btw if you order them before May 31st. Check the site out for more info.

I have tried many different pairs of circle lenses, but none of the Cafè, Latte etc series with the swirly design on them. Vassen is the latest company to come out with a series like this, and I have not seen these lenses anywhere else, except for on pinkyparadise.
When you order from Pinkyparadise, you get a free, cute lens case with every pair of lenses you purchase.

Vassen Latte Grey:

Vassen Latte Grey
First off, I must say that I never expected to buy an actual grey lens. Grey is not a natural color at all in my opinion, although I know there are some people that have grey eyes. I just never wanted that color. However, the Vassen Latte Greys had a swirly design with brownish/yellowish coloring amidst all the grey, so it looked more appealing to me.
You can find these exact lenses here.
As you can see, these lenses appear very dark on my eyes, and my natural eye color is green with yellow in the middle. This color is not a light grey, it is more of a charcoal grey, which goes very well with a smoky eye. I actually NEED to have my makeup like this to be able to pull off these lenses, so I would say that the Vassen Latte Grey are more of a "going out at night" type of lens.
I actually love the swirly design on these lenses, and I would love for them to come out with more colors, even very vibrant ones with this design on them. It looks very natural if dark grey was actually an eye color.

These lenses are actually pretty comfortable. I can wear them for a few hours without feeling like they are uncomfortable. But I need to keep eyedrops with me just in case, which I always do whenever I am wearing any circle lenses.
The diameter of these lenses is 14,5 mm, which is a great size for me. They do have a pronounced black outer rim, which makes these lenses stand out even more and make my eyes appear very enlarged. I get a dolly eye effect with them which I like. I do like that these lenses appear natural even though they clearly aren't. That is mostly due to the design and not the color.
As with most circle lenses, you can keep these for up to a year if you treat them right.

Buy them here for 23,90 US $.

Skincare: Skinfood Rice Wash Off Mask

I admit it. I am a bit addicted to trying out new products, and lately those products have been from Asia. I think that is mostly because, like many Asian women, I am trying to lighten my skin. No, I don't want pastey-white skin, but I want to lighten my acne scars. I have been very successful with this lately, and most of that is due to my BB Cream and my Asian skincare products. Here is a product I absolutely adore that has helped me with my scar-issues.

The Skinfood Rice Mask Wash Off is a mask that contains rice extract which is a very mild whitening agent that also hydrates the skin. The consistensy of this mask is very odd, almost glue-like. Not the kind of glue that dries and sticks to everything, but the kind that is first creamy, but then turns a bit gooey. It's weird, but it feels good on the skin.

The mask itself is white with small rice "bumps" in it to softly exfoliate when you massage the mask into your skin. You are supposed to apply the mask to moist skin and massage it softly in before you leave it on for 10-15 minutes. I usually leave it on for a bit longer, just because I like the cooling sensation it gives me. When you then go to wash it off, that is when the glue-feeling kicks in. You kind of have to work a bit with the product to effectively get it off, but it's not extremely difficult :)

I absolutely love this mask! My skin feels so soft, moisturized and it glows! I notice that my skin looks more radiant after each use, and after using this mask 2 times, I can tell a difference when it comes to my hyperpigmentation. It is less noticable :)

The mask comes in a cute little jar with 100 ml, which does not sound like a lot, but it actually is. You really don't need much with this mask, so the whole jar will probably last me about 10 uses.

I bought mine on ebay from a top rated seller, but you can also buy this mask from Sasa.com. It's a lot cheaper on ebay though:)
